中药黄芪辅助治疗牙周炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价中药黄芪辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法将80例慢性重度牙周炎患者采用随机、双盲方法分为2组,第1组为基础治疗+翻瓣术亦为对照组,第2组为试验组,在基础治疗+翻瓣术后,在病损区植入黄芪粉末。每组40例,分别在术前、术后4周、8周、12周测量牙周袋探诊深度(pocket probing depth,PPD),临床附着水平丧失(clinical attachmentloss,CAL)。采用SPSS 8.0软件包,采用配对t检验分析评价和分析结果。结果试验组和对照组PPD、CAL术前、术后4周对照无显著性差异,术后8、12周有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪粉末植入治疗慢性牙周炎有确定的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effects of Astragalus membranaceus in adjuvant treatment of periodontitis.Methods Using randomized,single-blind methods,80 severity periodontitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 in the control group and 40 in the treatment group.After a simple basic treatment,the first group was treated by flap curettage only.In the second group,Astragalus membranaceus was placed in the wound of flap surgery,then the wound was treated by flap curettage.Measure and record pocket probing depth（PPD）and clinical attachment loss（CAL） of each tooth before and 4,8,12 weeks after operation.The results were analyzed by t test using SPSS 8.0 software.Results There was no significant difference in PPD and CAL between control group and the treatment group before operation and 4 weeks operation after operation（P0.05）.8,12 weeks after operation,PPD and CAL in control group was significantly higher than those in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions Astragalus membranaceus and ultrasonic supragingival scaling have a distinct effect in treatment of periodontitis.
