双环醇治疗甲亢及抗甲状腺药物治疗后致肝功能损害疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解双环醇片治疗甲亢所致肝功能损害及甲巯咪唑治疗后所致肝功能损害的疗效和安全性,为临床医师提供理论依据和用药方法。方法采用随机、对照、开放性临床研究,对95例甲亢患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别用双环醇片和硫普罗宁片治疗,两组疗程均为12周。观察治疗前、后2周、4周、8周、12周ALT、AST、肾功、尿常规,同时观察一般状况及相关症状、体征。结果治疗组ALT、AST水平较对照组降低更为显著,且治疗12周疗效优于4周和8周;治疗组用药过程中均未出现不良反应。结论双环醇片对甲亢所致肝功能损害及甲巯咪唑治疗后所致肝功能损害患者有良好的疗效和安全性。Objective To understand the curative effect and security of bicyclol piece in treatment of the liver damage induced by hyperthyroidism and Thiamazole treatment,and provide the theory basis and the preparation method.Methods Ninety-five cases of hyperthyroidism patients were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized,controlled clinical research.Patients in treatment group were given bicyclol piece and patients in control group were given sulfur profetaning piece.The course of treatment in two groups was 12 weeks.ALT,AST,kidney merit,routine urine,general situation and related symptoms,signs were observed before treatment and after 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks treatment.Results The levels of ALT and AST in treatment group reduced more significantly than those in control group,and the curative effect of treatment for 12 weeks was better than treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.The treatment group did not appear adverse reactions.Conclusion Bicyclol piece has good efficacy and safety in treatment of the liver damage caused by hyperthyroidism and Thiamazole treatment.
