摘　　要：根据轻质耐火涂料流变特性自身特点及采用普通浇注料流变仪测定轻质耐火涂料流变特性存在的问题,采用美国Brookfield公司的R/S-SST型软固体流变仪和经过改装的HBDV-Ⅱ+Pro型黏度计对一种广泛应用于各种工业窑炉隔热保温层的轻质耐火涂料的流变特性进行了研究。结果表明:使用R/S-SST型软固体流变仪及改装后的HBDV-Ⅱ+Pro型黏度计,可以分别直接测定出轻质耐火涂料的屈服应力和表观黏度,对指导轻质耐火涂料作业性的研究具有重要意义。The ordinary castables rheometer is unsuitable for lightweight refractory coating mix due to the different rheological properties. The rheological property of one lightweight refractory coating mix widely used in the insulating layer of industrial furnaces and kilns was researched by rheometer R/S-SST for soft solid of American Brookfield Co. ,and refit viscometer HBDV-Ⅱ ＋ Pro. The results show that rheometer R/S-SST and refit viscometer HBDV-Ⅱ ＋ Pro can determine the yield stress and apparent viscosity of lightweight coating mix, respectively, being meaningful to guide the research of lightweight refractory coating mix workability.
