摘　　要：媒体网站是新生事物，如何建设好媒体网站是一个值得探讨的问题，目前，经营或管理媒体网站的人除了部分专业技术人员外，大部分是原来做编辑、记者的，可以说对网络传播还处于摸索当中。应该说，传统传播和网络传播虽然有相似之处，但也存在着许多不同，媒体网站人转变观念，认识并适应网络媒体的特点和发展要求，让其在实践中不断完善。Media website is new,how to build good media website is a question worth exploring, at present,operation or management of media sites in addition to some people outside the professional and technical staff, most of the original do editors,reporters,and it can be said of the network communication is still in the exploration of them.It should be said,traditional media and online communication though there are similarities,but there are many different,people change their ideas and media sites,to recognize and adapt to the characteristics of online media and development requirements,so that in the practice of continuous improvement.
