摘　　要：原发性闭角型青光眼已成为不可逆性致盲的最常见病因之一。对原发性闭角型青光眼的研究,除了关注眼前节,特别是房角的情况外,也有必要对其视神经损害模式进行研究。本文通过文献回顾,总结了原发性闭角型青光眼特别是急性闭角型青光眼眼底形态和视功能的改变,希望能更好地了解早期原发性闭角型青光眼的疾病特征,为临床治疗和研究提供帮助。Primary angle-closure glaucoma（PACG） has become one of the most common reasons of irreversible blindness.In addition to concern about the changes in anterior segment,including anterior chamber angle,it is also necessary to study optic nerve damage in PACG.This paper summarized the morphological changes of optic disc,retinal nerve fiber layer and the relationship with vision function in PACG,especially those changes in acute angle-closure glaucoma.It is hoped that in the future we could have a better understanding of the early changes of PACG,which will offer great help to clinical treatment and research.
