VDP方案术前诱导化疗治疗舌癌的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨VDP(长春新碱+顺铂+平阳霉素)方案术前诱导化疗治疗舌癌的近期疗效。方法对经病理确诊的28例舌癌病例,采用VDP方案术前诱导化疗1疗程后手术,观察近期疗效及不良反应。结果 VDP方案术前诱导化疗近期总有效率达82.14%,手术切除率达100%,不良反应轻。结论 VDP方案术前诱导化疗可提高舌癌近期疗效及手术切除率,不良反应轻,值得在舌癌综合治疗中推广。Objective To discuss the short-term therapeutic effect of preoperative introduction chemotherapy with VDPvincristine,leurocristine,cisplatin,pingyangmycin） to treat tongue carcinoma.Methods Chose 28 cases of tongue carcinoma diagnosed by pathology which were treated by regimen of VDP chemotherapy for 1 cycles and followed by operation,then evaluate the antileukemic activity and side effects of VDP.Results The total short-term curative rate of this program reached 82.14%,the rate of surgery after chemotherapy was 100%,and the side effects were mild.Conclusions The preoperative introduction chemotherapy with VDP can raise the short-term therapeutic effect and the rate of surgery after chemotherapy,and has lighter side effects.It would be worthy of disseminating and applying for the complex treatment of tongue carcinoma.
