摘　　要：归纳和分析历代医家有关中医肾与心、肝、脾、肺关系,梳理近20年来国内学者结合现代生理学、病理学观点对这些学说的研究及临床应用,并讨论存在的问题和发展思路。This paper summarizes and analyzes the views of ancient physicians about the relationships between kidney and heart, liver, spleen and lung in traditional Chinese medicine, sorts out the research and clinical application of domestic scholars combining with modem physiological and pathological views on above theories in recent 20 years, and discusses the existing ques- tions and developing approaches.
