摘　　要：目的:探讨MMP-2、TIMP-2和CD44V6的表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法:应用流式细胞免疫法定量检测MMP-2、TIMP-2和CD44V6在45例卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达。结果:MMP-2、TIMP-2和CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显高于卵巢浆液性瘤(P<0.05),且与卵巢浆液性癌组织分级和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。MMP-2和TIMP-2、MMP-2和CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢浆液性癌中MMP-2、TIMP-2和CD44V6的高表达促进了癌的侵袭和转移,MMP-2和TIMP-2、MMP-2和CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达有相关性。提示MMP-2、TIMP-2和CD44V6的共同检测可作为疾病诊断和判断预后的参考指标。Objective：To explore the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2）,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2（TIMP-2） and CD44V6 gene protein and their relationships with invasion and mestastasis of ovarian serous tumor.Methods：Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and CD44V6 gene protein in 45 cases with ovarian serous tumor.Results：The expression levels of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and CD44V6 gene protein in ovarian serous cancer were significantly higher than those in ovarian serous carcinoma（P0.05）,which were related to histological grades and clinical stages of ovarian serous cancer closely（P0.05）.In ovarian serous cancer,MMP-2 expression was related to TIMP-2 expression,while MMP-2 expression was correlated with CD44V6 gene protein expression（P0.05）.Conclusion：The over-expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and CD44V6 gene protein in ovarian serous cancer promote the invasion and mestastasis of ovarian serous cancer,there is correlation between MMP-2 expression and TIMP-2 expression,as well as MMP-2 expression and CD44V6 gene protein.The results indicate that joint detection of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and CD44V6 gene protein can be used as reference indexes for diagnosis and predicting prognosis.
