γ-synuclein与C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌组织中γ-synuclein、C-erbB-2的表达及其与疾病的临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌中γ-synuclein、C-erbB-2的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤分期、组织病理学分级、淋巴结转移、浸润深度等病理特征的关系,同时取12例正常子宫内膜组织作对照。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中γ-synuclein、C-erbB-2阳性表达率分别为48.3%(29/60)、55.0%(33/60),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。γ-synuclein的阳性表达与临床分期、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与组织学分级无关(P>0.05);C-erbB-2的阳性表达与临床分期、肌层浸润深度有关(P<0.05),与组织学分级、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。γ-synuclein、C-erbB-2的阳性表达之间呈正相关(r=0.406,P<0.05)。结论:γ-synuclein、C-erbB-2的表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及侵袭、转移有关,二者共同检测可能可预测子宫内膜癌的预后。Objective：To explore the expressions of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinoma and their relationships with clinicopathological features of the disease.Methods：Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 in 60 cases with endometrial carcinoma,their relationships with tumor stages,histopathological grades,lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion were analyzed;at the same time,12 cases with normal endometrium were selected as control group.Results：The positive expression rates of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinoma were 48.3%（29/60） and 55.0%（33/60）,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;the positive expression of γ-synuclein was related to clinical stages,the depth of myometrium invasion and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,but there was no correlation between the positive expression of γ-synuclein and histological grades（P0.05）;the positive expression of C-erbB-2 was associated with clinical stages and the depth of myometrium invasion（P0.05）,but there was no correlation between the positive expression of C-erbB-2 and histological grades,lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.There was correlation between positive expression of γ-synuclein and positive expression of C-erbB-2（γ=0.406,P0.05）.Conclusion：The expressions of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 are related to the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma,joint detection of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 may predict the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
