超声引导下自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤46例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：分析超声引导下自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2009年3月~2010年2月采用自凝刀手术治疗的46例子宫肌瘤患者的资料。结果：46例患者术中、术后均无手术并发症发生。肌瘤合并月经量增多36例,治愈33例,治愈率91.67%;术后1、3、6个月子宫体积平均缩小率分别为l0.39%、42.53%、52.13%,肌瘤体积平均缩小率分别为38.37%、59.38%,68.34%;术后3、6个月子宫体积缩小率与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后1、3、6个月子宫肌瘤体积缩小率与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：超声引导下自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤是一种能保留子宫的微创技术,疗效确切、损伤小、方便、费用低,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided self-clotting cutter radiofrequency in treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods：The data of 46 cases with hysteromyoma who were treated with ultrasound-guided self-clotting cutter radiofrequency in the hospital from March 2009 to February 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：No complications occurred after operation in the 46 cases.36 cases were found with hysteromyoma combined with menorrhagia,33 cases were cured,the cure rate was 91.67%.The average rates of decrease of uterine volume at 1,3 and 6 months after operation were 10.39%,42.53% and 52.13%,respectively;the average rates of decrease of hysteromyoma volume at 1,3 and 6 months after operation were 38.37 %,59.38% and 68.34%,respectively;there was significant difference in the average rate of decrease of uterine volume before treatment and after treatment at 3 and 6 months（P0.05）;there was significant difference in the average rate of decrease of hysteromyoma volume before treatment and after treatment at 1,3 and 6 months（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided self-clotting cutter radiofrequency is a minimally invasive technique to preserve the uterus in treatment of hysteromyoma,which is effective,minimally invasive,convenient,low cost and is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
