摘　　要：目的：评价凝血酶原活性对老年肝病患者肝功能的影响。方法：应用巨齿蛇毒显色底物法检测老年肝病患者ＦⅡ：ＣＡ９３例。结果：正常老人与青壮年的ＦⅡ：ＣＡ有显著差异，老年肝病患者ＦⅡ：ＣＡ明显低于健康老年人的ＦⅡ：ＣＡ。结论：老年肝病患者应及时检测ＦⅡ：ＣＡ。Objective:To evaluate the effect of plasmal prothrombin coagulative activity (factor Ⅱ coagulative activity,FⅡ:CA) on the patients with liver diseases of old age.Methods:FⅡ:CA of 93 cases with liver disease of old age were detected with Eehis Carinalua venem method of Chromogenic substance (EVC).Result: There were signficant differences in FⅡ:CA between the heatlth old age (≥60years old) and young-middle age (≤45years old),and FH:CA in old age with liver diseases of are lower than that in health old people.Concluaon:FⅡ:CA is a good index for appraising the patients with liver diseasess of old age.
