摘　　要：针对企业研发项目绩效评价方法及存在的问题,阐述了研发项目绩效评价的目的和发展概况,提出企业研发项目绩效评价考核指标体系,给出了"科技创新计划"的绩效评价考核指标量化应用示例。In allusion to the problems existing in R D project performance evaluation methods,the purpose of R D project performance evaluation and development situation is elaborated,and R D project performance evaluation and assessment index system is proposed.The ＂Technology Innovation Plan＂ quantitative index of performance evaluation and examination application examples are cited.
