摘　　要：【目的】探讨宫颈癌患者外周血中T细胞亚群数量变化及临床意义。【方法】选择2008年10月-2009年10月期间符合纳入及排除标准的CINIII患者20例,宫颈浸润癌患者20例,正常宫颈健康妇女20例,流式细胞仪检测外周血中CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs数量。【结果】宫颈浸润癌患者外周血中CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞数量及CD4+/CD8+显著低于正常宫颈组和CINIII组(P<0.05),正常宫颈组和CINIII组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。宫颈癌浸润组CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs数量显著高于正常宫颈组和CINIII组(P<0.05),正常宫颈组和CINIII组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】宫颈浸润癌患者细胞免疫功能低下,存在免疫抑制。[Objective]To investigate the change of T lympholeukocyte in uterine cervix cancer patients＇ peripheral btood and it＇s clinical significance. [ Methods ] From October 2008 to October 2009, the patients enrolled in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College were included in this clinical triM. The patients were divided into three groups in according with pathological diagnosis： normal cervix group（20 patients）; CINIII group （20 patients） and cervix cancer group（20 patients）. The peripheral blood was obtained for the analysis of numbers of CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp3^＋ Tregs by flow cytometry. [ Results] The numbers of CD3^＋T cells, CD4^＋T cells, CD8^＋T cells and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in peripheral blood of patients with cervix cancer were significantly lower than that of patients with CINIII （P〈 0.05）or normal cervix （P〈 0.05）. But there was no difference in the women with normal cervix and the patients with CIN III （P 〉 0.05）.The number of C D4^＋ CD25^＋Foxp3^＋Tregs in patients with cervix cancer was significantly higher than patients with CINIII （P〈 0.05） or normal cervix （P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Immune suppression and lower cellular immune function exist in the cervix cancer patients.
