针刺面神经点辅以弹拨法治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨观察针刺面神经点与传统针刺疗法对周围性面瘫急性期的疗效差异。【方法】治疗组60例采用针刺面神经点治疗,对照组60例采用传统针刺治疗,两组均在治疗2个疗程和3个疗程后评定疗效。【结果】治疗组2个疗程治愈率68.3%,3个疗程治愈率81.7%;对照组2个疗程治愈率38.3%,3个疗程治愈率46.7%;经统计学χ2检验,P<0.05,二者差异有统计学意义。【结论】周围性面瘫急性期针刺面神经点其疗效明显优于传统针刺治疗方法。[Objective] To observe the differences between the effects of acupuncturing ＂the facial nerve points＂ and traditional acupuncture therapy on peripheral facial paralysis. [ Methods ]60 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncturing the facial nerve points, while another 60 patients were treated by traditional acupuncture therapy. The curative effects of the 2 groups were appraised after 2 treatments and 3 treatments. [ Results ] The cure rate of the treatment group after 2 treatments was 68.3%,and after 3 treatments was 81.7%. The cure rate of the control group after 2 treatments was 38.3%,while after 3 treatments was 46.7%. The differences of the two methods was obviously significant （P〈O.05）. [Conclusion]The cure rate of acupuncturing the facial nerve points is obviously better than that of traditional acupuncture therapy.
