摘 要:目的探讨6种消毒方法对石膏模型抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。方法制作长方体及圆柱体普通石膏和超硬石膏模型分别采用^(60)Co-γ辐照、紫外线照射、高压蒸汽、微波、甲醛熏蒸、戊二醛浸泡消毒后测定各组的抗折强度及抗压强度。结果 ^(60)Co-γ辐照、紫外线照射、甲醛熏蒸、戊二醛浸泡消毒后2类石膏的抗折强度及抗压强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高压蒸汽灭菌后2类石膏的抗折强度及抗压强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。微波灭菌后2类石膏的抗折强度及抗压强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压蒸汽灭菌后普通石膏和超硬石膏模型抗折和抗压强度明显降低。微波灭菌后两类模型抗折和抗压强度增强,^(60)Co-γ辐照、紫外线照射、甲醛熏蒸、戊二醛浸泡后2类模型的抗折强度、抗压强度无显著影响。Objective To study the influence of six disinfection methods on the breaking resistance and compression resistance of gypsum models. Methods The common gypsum models and die - glutaraldehyde immersion. After disinfection, their breaking resistance and compression resistance were tested. Results After disinfected by ^60Co-γ irradiation, ultraviolet exposure, formaldehyde fumigation and glutaraldehyde immersion, the common gypsum models and die -stone models had no significant difference on the vapor breaking resistance and compression resistance ( P 〉 0.05 ); After disinfected by high pressure sterilization,both types of models had greatly significant difference on the breaking resistance and compression resistance( P 〈0.01 ). After disinfected by microwave,both types of models had difference on the breaking resistance and compression resistance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high pressure vapor sterilization could decrease the breaking resistance and compression resistance significantly, while microwave could increase the breaking resistance and compression resistance,and disinfection by ^60Co-γ irradiation, ultraviolet exposure, formaldehyde fumigation and glutaraldehyde immersion have no influence on the breaking resistance and compression resistance of the two types of models.
