摘 要:目的探讨传统比色法和带有人工牙龈的比色法在口腔修复科临床工作中的效果。方法选择进行前牙牙体、牙列缺损修复患者150例,共195颗烤瓷修复体。随机分为2组,75例94颗修复体采用传统比色法,75例101颗修复体采用带有人工牙龈的比色法。采用修复前比色、修复体制作完成后口腔外比色以及口腔内核对颜色的方法,对比2种比色法的比色效果。结果对比发现修复体制作完成后,在口腔内、外核对颜色时,使用带有人工牙龈的比色法比色的满意度高于传统比色法,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论带有人工牙龈的比色法在临床比色时效果优于传统比色法,更令患者满意,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the difference between the traditional colorimetry and the artificial gingival colorimetry applied in the clinic of the department of prosthetic dentistry. Methods A total of 150 anterior teeth or dentition defect cases were involved. They were randomly divided into 2 groups ,75 patients with 94 porcelain restorations used the traditional colorimetric prosthesis, and 75 patients with 101 porcelain restorations used the colorimetric method of artificial gingival. To compare the two colorimetric way, colorimetric before restoration, colorimetric outside the oral cavity after restoration and intra oral calorimetric method were used for color. Results The colorimetric assay with the artificial gums was much better than the traditional colorimetric method, and the patients were also more satisfied with the colorimetric method of artificial gums ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Colorimetric with artificial gums is more effective than the traditional colorimetric assay, and patients are satisfied with the former. It is worthy of popularization in the future.
