摘　　要：深入分析了解放军医学图书馆开展学科化服务的必要性,介绍了医学图书馆开展学科化服务的现状,并对面临的挑战进行了分析,从细化工作方案、融入科研实践、把握用户需求、加强信息资源建设、提升学科馆员素质等方面对进一步加强学科化服务提出了建设性意见。The necessity of providing subject service in Medical Library of Chinese PLA was analyzed with its current situation described. The challenges of subject service facing Medical Library of Chinese PLA was also ana- lyzed, and certain constructive suggestions were put forward for further enforcing subject service in terms of perfec- ting its plan, integrating into scientific research, keeping abreast of users＂ needs, strengthening information re- sources construction, and improving literacy literature of librarians.
