意识障碍病人在气管导管引导下经口胃管置入136例报道

摘　　要：目的探讨意识障碍用传统方法胃管置入困难的病人,在气管导管引导下经口腔置入胃管法的可行性和安全性。方法我科2008年3月-2010年3月随机对136例意识障碍用传统方法胃管置入困难的病人,在麻醉医师的协助下,采用气管导管引导,经口腔进行胃管置入。结果 136例患者均一次置管成功。除胃管置入耗时外,一次成功率、胃管置入困难人数、胃管置入失败人数、胃管误入气管人数,与同期139例用传统胃管置入法作统计学分析存在差异(P<0.05)。结论在ICU病区中对意识障碍传统方法胃管置入困难的病人,在麻醉医师的协助下采用气管导管引导经口腔胃管置入法是一种一次成功率高,简单、安全、可靠的方法,值得在ICU病区中推广应用。【Objective】 To explore the possibility and security of orally inserting gastric tube trough trachea pipe for the patients with conscious disturbance who are hard to be treat by traditional methods of inserting gastric tube.【Methods】 From March,2008 to March,2010,with the assistance of anesthetist,our section orally inserted gastric tube through trachea pipe for 136 patients with conscious disturbance who are hard to be treat by traditional methods of inserting gastric tube.【Results】 All the 136 patients are successfully inserted at the first time.Statistical differences（p0.05） existed in gastric tube inserting time,successful rate on first inserting,the number of patients who are hard to be inserted,the number of patients who are failed to be inserted and the number of patients who are inserted in trachea comparing with the 139 patients who are treat by traditional methods of inserting gastric rube.【Conclusion】 It＇s an easy,safe and reliable way to insert gastric tube orally trough trachea pipe with the assistance of anesthetist for the ICU patients with conscious disturbance who are hard to be treat by traditional methods of inserting gastric tube.
