医学博士生人文素质现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的采用自制的人文素质调查问卷对某校医学博士研究生（以下简称医学博士生）进行调查，为客观反映医学博士生的人文素质现状及制定针对性的培养计划提供依据。方法采用16个条目的医学博士生人文素质认知量表、客观人文常识及情景问题问卷对某校299名医学博士生进行调查。结果医学博士生对人文素质重要性的认知度、对学习人文知识的期望度、对学习人文知识氛围的认识相对较好，且认知程度与性别、工作经历无关（P〉0．05）；而医学博士生对个人、导师及学校的人文素质（氛围）的良性评价占比分别为64．9％、88．6％、47．8％；参与相关人文活动及具有人文爱好的医学博士生占比低于25．0％；医学博士生对人文常识的了解不容乐观，但是对医学伦理问题的认识相对较好。结论加强高等医学院校人文素质教育氛围的营造，逐步提高医学博士生的人文素质具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。Objective To provide consultations for strategy of humanitic education for medical doctoral students, we designed a questionnaire to investigate the status quo. Methods A self-administered questionnaire with 16-item based scale and its following battery were employed for 299 medical doctoral students in one medical university. Results The candidates have a positive reactions for the assessment of cognition of humanitic education, and male and work experiences have no significant effects （P〉0.05）. The positive evaluations for self, mentor and university are 64.9%,88.6% and 47.8%, respectively. The candidates who have taken part in related activities and hobbies only accounted for less 25.0%.Compared with relative good determinations of ethics selections, they appeared to be short of understanding of common knowledge of humanities. Conclusions To strengthen atmosphere of humanitic education and promote the humanitic quality for candidates have not only practical importance, but long-term significance.
