摘　　要：随着电子元件小型化发展的趋势,振动电镀这一新兴的电镀方式在国内电子电镀行业越来越受到重视。对振动电镀几种类型设备的特点进行了对比,同时将在使用该类设备时容易出现的质量故障作了分析,并提出了目前国内开始普及应用的振动电镀、滚镀混合生产线在使用时应引起注意的问题,以便于实现振动电镀方式在电镀生产上的合理运用。With the miniaturization of electronic components, vibration electroplating techniques become more and more important in the domestic electroplating industry. In this paper, several types of vibration electroplating apparatus were introduced and compared, and the possible quality problems of these apparatus were analyzed. Some precautions about the combination use of vibration and barrel plating in the production line were given so as to realize the proper application of vibration electroplating technique in domestic electroplating industry.
