摘 要:目的探讨经不同温度、不同时间处理的纳米树脂用卤素光固树脂硬度的差别。方法在10℃、25℃、40℃三种不同温度下处理光固化纳米填料复合树脂Z350,分别用QHL75 LED灯照射20s和40s,采用显微维氏硬度计测量树脂试件顶面和底面的硬度。数据采用SPSS 11.0软件包进行方差分析。结果树脂顶面和底面硬度值随着温度升高而增高(P<0.05)。延长照射时间,10℃的低温树脂其在顶面和底面硬度有所升高(P<0.05),25℃的常温树脂其底面硬度有所升高(P<0.05)。结论树脂试件使用前预加热处理,可以增强树脂的硬度;使用低温树脂时,应适当延长照射时间。Objective To investigate the effect of different curing time and temperature on the hardness of composite resin. Methods Specimens were fabricated from nanofilled composite resins Z350 and stored at three different temperature (10℃, 25℃, 40℃). Then they were cured with LED light euring for 20 s or 40 s. The microhardness of the top and bottom surfaces of the specimens were determined by a digital microhardness tester. Statistical analysis was performed using the two-way ANOVA by SPSS 11.0 software package. Results The specimens stored at 40% had higher top and bottom hardness value than that stored at the other temperatures (P 〈 0.05). The specimens stored at 10℃ cured for 40 s had higher top and bottom hardness value than that cured tbr 20 s (P 〈 0.05). The specimens stored at 25℃ cured for 40 s had higher bottom hardness value than that cured for 20 s (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The use of prewarmed composite resins help to increase the eomposite resin hardness. Curing time should be prolonged when the nano-composite resin was used at low temperature.
