摘 要:目的探讨KaVo PREPassistant数字化评估系统应用于牙体洞型制备质量评估的可行性。方法根据KaVo左上第一磨牙Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ类洞型设计长度、深度、轴角等测量标准,分别采用KaVo PREPassistant数字化评估系统和教师评估两种方法,对45颗学生预备的标准模型牙的洞型深度、长度、宽度和轴角进行检测和评估,并经Pearson卡方检验及McNemar配对卡方检验进行对比分析。结果 KaVo PREPassistant数字化评估系统较教师评估在评估牙体洞型深度上具有一定的优势,而对洞型长宽及轴角预备的评估差异则无统计学意义。结论 KaVo PREPassistant数字化评估系统能准确客观地评价学生洞型制备的质量,在口腔内科学实验教学运用中具有一定的可行性。Objectives To investigate the feasibility of the KaVo PREPassistant to evaluate the depth, length and width of dental preparations. Methods The depths, lengths and widths of 45 left upper first molar preparations made by students in accordance with the Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ preparations quality criteria were evaluated by the KaVo PREPassistant system and supervisor's visual assessment. The results were Statisticaly analysed by Pearson cbi-squarc test and McNemar paired chi-square test. Results KaVo PREPassistant evaluating digital system is statistically better than the supervisor's visual assessment in evaluating the depth of dental preparations. However, the differences are not statistically significant in the evaluation of the length and width. Conclusions KaVo PREPassistant evaluating digital system is more accurate, objective and unbiased than the supervisor's visual assessment in evaluating the dental preparations and has definite feasibility in Stomatology Laboratory Teaching.
