摘　　要：逆行性种植体周围炎(RPI)作为种植修复失败的一个重要原因,可由邻牙根尖周病变、种植区残留细菌、骨的质量差以及临床技术等因素引起。本文就RPI的定义、发病率、分型、病因、治疗方法以及如何预防进行综述,以期为临床和科研工作提供依据。Retrograde peri-iInplantitis （RPI） is a major reason of dental implants failure. Periapical abscess, residual bacteria in implant site, poor bone quality and clinical techniques ate, considered the probable causes. In this paper, the definition, incidence, classifications, etiology, treatment methods and preventive measures about RPI are reviewed, in order to provide a basis for clinical and scientific research.
