摘  要:目的探讨咖啡酸苯乙酯(caffeic acid phenethyl ester,CAPE)在人神经胶质瘤移植瘤中对Tcf-4蛋白的作用。方法建立人神经胶质瘤细胞株裸鼠模型,运用Western blot技术检测CAPE对胶质瘤细胞株U251移植瘤Tcf-4蛋白的作用。结果通过对移植瘤模型的观察,发现CAPE可以抑制神经胶质瘤细胞株Tcf-4蛋白的表达。结论 CAPE可以抑制U251移植瘤Tcf-4蛋白的表达,可能对神经胶质瘤的生长有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester(CAPE) in neuroglioma cell U251 nude mouse.Method The neuroglioma cell U251 model was constructed for therapeutic observation when tumor was treated by CAPE in nude mouse.Then Western blot was employed to detected the U251 cells Tcf-4 proteinum treated by CAPE.Results CAPE could inhibit the growth of neuroglioma in neuroglioma through CAPE affected.Conclusion The Tcf-4 proteinum level of neuroglioma cell U251 were down-regulated after CAPE treatment,by which the growth of neuroglioma could be inhibited.
