乳腺癌改良根治术专用拉钩的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的改良乳腺癌改良根治术手术拉钩,减轻手术医生用力,减少手术创伤,缩短手术时间。方法根据手术显露需求自行设计"乳腺癌改良根治术专用拉钩"。利用5把小S拉钩医用不锈钢材质重新塑型,制作成2把"3"字形拉钩,3把省力直角拉钩组。结果经"3"形字、省力直角拉钩,在胸大小肌、腋窝、锁骨下术野的使用,能轻松将手术野显露在手术者的直视下,平均切口缩短(5±3)cm,平均手术时间缩短(20±10)min,只需手术医生2人。结论经使用"乳腺癌改良根治术专用拉钩"证明,专用拉钩较传统拉钩能有效的减小切口长度,又能充分的显露术野,缩短手术时间和人力,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To design and apply special retractor for modified radical mastectomy and reduce surgical trauma or shorten the operation time.Methods The special retractor for modified radical mastectomy was designed,which consisted of,two ＂3-shaped＂ retrators and three right angle retrators.The clinical application and efficiency was investigated.Results The special retractor was applied to 169 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.The average incision length was reduced by 5cm,and the average operation duration was shortened by 20 min compared with conventiond retractor application,and two surgeons were enough for the operation performance.Conclusion The special retractor for modified radical mastectomy can reduce the incision length,and shorten the operation duration,and even save the energy and human resources.
