区域技术创新体系建设的影响因素分析及综合评价研究——基于广西2006年工业企业创新调查数据

摘　　要：分析区域技术创新系统建设的影响因素,从三个方面建立其评价指标体系并运用因子分析法分析研究了评价指标体系。结果显示:(1)企业技术创新指标体系、技术创新网络指标体系、区域技术创新环境指标体系对区域技术创新体系的构建都有较大的影响;(2)即使在广西内部,区域技术创新体系建设水平在地理空间上也是非均衡分布的。因此,要提高政策激励效率,积极推动企业走上技术创新之路,充分发挥科研院所和高等学校优势,走产学研相结合的道路,提高企业自主创新能力。Based on the factors which affect the regional technological innovation system＇s construction, the paper establishes an evaluation index system from three fields, then analyzes and studies the evaluation system by factor analysis. The results show： （1） Index system of enterprise technological innovation, index system of technological innovation network and index system of regional technical innovation environment have major impact on regional technological innovation system＇s construc- tion. （2） The level of Guangxi＇s regional technological innovation system is not bclanced in geographical space. Therefore, to improve the policy incentive efficiency, it needs to push enterprises to step on the way of technological innovation, give full play to the advantages of research institutes and universities, strengthen cooperation among industries, universities and re- search institutes, and advance the independent innovation capability of enterprises.
