转录因子FOXP3在宫颈鳞癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨转录因子FOXP3在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达。方法收集60例相关病例为研究对象,按病理诊断将其分为3组:即正常宫颈组织(对照组)、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅡ-Ⅲ)组织(CIN组)、宫颈鳞癌组织(鳞癌组),每组各20例。将各组病理标本蜡块进行免疫组织化学染色及HE染色,检测转录因子FOXP3的表达,并结合临床、病理特征进行分析。结果 FOXP3在对照组、CIN组及鳞癌组中阳性表达率依次为15%、70%、85%,3组间FOXP3阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FOXP3在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达增强,推测FOXP3有望成为判断宫颈病变程度的参考指标,其在宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展过程中可能起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of transcription factor FOXP3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods According to pathological diagnosis,60 patients were divided into three groups： normal control group,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅱ-Ⅲ group（CIN group） and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group,with 20 patients in each group.Paraffin-embedded specimens were analyzed by HE staining and FOXP3 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of FOXP3 expression was 15%,70% and 85% in normal control group,CIN group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group,respectively,and the differences were significant among the three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of FOXP3 increases in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,indicating that FOXP3 plays an important role in occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and is expected to become an index for the judgment of degree of cervical lesions.
