摘　　要：申凤梅是著名越调表演艺术家。她一生追求创新,开采和深度挖掘越调艺术,使一个名不见经传的地方小剧种成为国内知名品牌,可谓功不可没。特别是她的戏曲教育思想,独树一帜,其授艺带徒上主要表现在创新理念、观众本位和带徒方式三个方面。SHEN Feng-mei was a well-known performing artist in Yuediao opera world.All of her life she sought innovation,exploited and deeply excavated Yuediao art,and made an unknown local opera get into a well-known one at home,which can be called that her achievement shouldn＇t be neglected.Especially,her opera education thought is quite unique;her way to granting art and teaching students mainly displayed in such aspects as innovation idea,the audience standard and the mode of teaching students.
