摘 要:目的:观察营养支持对食管癌放疗期间的营养改善作用。方法:选择2008年3月-2009年12月在我院住院行单纯放疗的103例食管癌患者,随机分成两组,研究组给予营养支持,对照组按常规处理,检测两组患者放疗前及放疗结束后的体重、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数。观察放疗前、后上述营养指标的变化。结果:与放疗前比较,研究组放疗后一般情况、体重及各项血液营养指标检测结果较放疗前略有下降,患者的营养状况并无明显下降,组内治疗前、后比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;对照组放疗后一般情况、体重及各项血液营养指标检测结果较放疗前明显下降,患者的营养状况明显下降,组内治疗前、后比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组放疗后营养指标下降值比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:食管癌放疗期间营养状况普遍下降,营养支持措施能显著减轻营养状况的恶化。Objective:To observe nutrition improvements through nutritional supporting measure for the patients with esophagus cancer during radiotherapy.Methods: Total of 103 cases received radiotherapy with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,study group was given nutritional supporting,and the control group treated by routine treatment.To observe patients' weight,hemoglobin,serum albumin,prealbumin,lymphocyte count before and after radiotherapy.Observing the nutritional parameters of the patients before and after the radiotherapy.Results: Compared with the indexes before radiotherapy,the general situation,body weight and the nutritional indecators in the blood of the study group after radiotherapy were decreased slightly.The nutritional status of patients were not significantly decreased.Compared with the group before and after treatment,P0.05,the difference was not significant;The general situation,body weight and the nutritional indexes in the the control group after radiotherapy were decreased significantly.The nutritional status of patients were significal decreast.Compared with the group before and after treatment,P0.05.Comparison of nutritional indicators value of the two groups decreased,P0.05,the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion: Nutritional status of the patients with esophageal cancer generally declines during radiotherapy.Nutritional supporting measures can significantly reduce the deterioration of nutritional status.
