摘　　要：目的:检测胃癌、癌前病变及正常胃黏膜组织中核转录因子-κBP65(NF-κBP65)蛋白的表达情况,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对20例正常胃黏膜、32例胃不典型增生及63例胃癌组织中的核转录因子-κBP65蛋白表达进行检测。结果:NF-κBP65蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性率表达率(74.6%,47/63)与胃不典型增生组织(46.9%,15/32)及正常胃黏膜组织(5.0%,1/20)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.795,P<0.001)。胃癌组织中,NF-κBP65蛋白的阳性表达率与分化程度、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(χ2分别为6.426、6.682和5.416,P均<0.05)。结论:NF-κBP65不仅与胃癌的形成有关,且与胃癌的侵袭和转移有关。Aim：To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κBP65（NF-κBP65）protein in human gastric carcinoma tissue,precarcinoma changes,and normal gastric mucous tissue.Methods：NF-κBP65 protein were detected in 20 cases of normal gastric mucous,32 cases of gastric dysplasia and 63 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue specimens using immunohistochemistry.Results：There was significant difference on positive expression rate of NF-κBP65 protein among gastric carcinoma（74.6%,47/63）,gastric dysplasia（46.9%,15/32）and normal gastric mucous（5.0%,1/20）tissues（χ2=34.795,P0.001）.The expression of NF-κBP65 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue was associated with histological grade,invasive depth and lymph node metastasis（χ2=6.426,6.682,and 5.416,P0.05）.Conclusion：NF-κBP65 might be correlated with occurrence,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
