摘　　要：分析了板带材生产科技发展史,阐述了动态轧制理论的建立和取得的成效,提出板带材技术创新题目。The science and technology development history of plate and strip production is discussed. The establishment of dynamic rolling theory and its achievements are introduced. The new subject of technical improvement in plate and strip rolling is put forward.
