摘　　要：高校作为人才高地,其安全与稳定不仅关系到高校自身的生存和发展,而且关系到国家的政治稳定、社会的长治久安和经济的持续快速发展。当前受多种因素影响,高校的安全问题与不稳定因素较为复杂。为此,高校应在党委和政府的领导下,建立以维护高校安全稳定为目的的组织机构和工作系统,并且在此基础上运用规范化、程序化的工作方式,持续维护高校政治上安定团结,教学研究与生活秩序稳定。Colleges and universities are a hub for talents so their security and stability affect not only their existence and development but also political stability of our country,public order and sustainable fast economic development.Nowadays,because of various reasons,the security problem and unstable factors in colleges and universities are complicated.Therefore,colleges and universities should establish organizational mechanisms and working systems targeting security and stability under the leadership of the Party committees and government.Besides,based on this,they should apply standard and procedural work methods to maintain stability both in terms of politics,unity and teaching,research and life order.
