摘 要:追溯学习型社会的提出与发展历程;概述国内外对学习型社会内涵和基本特征、学习型社会与终身学习和终身教育的关系、构建学习型社会的路径和措施、学习型社会指标体系等的研究现状和有关观点。目前学习型社会研究存在三个方面的不足:一是理论研究深度不够,仍处于一种众说纷纭的摸索阶段;二是缺乏对构建学习型社会典型模式、路径的总结归纳和推广应用;三是缺乏学习型社会评价指标和评价方法的研究。针对这些不足之处,建议今后对学习型社会的研究理论上要继续深化,建立完善的理论框架体系;加强对构建学习型社会路径和典型模式的研究;加强对学习型社会指标体系和测度方法的实证研究;加强对构建学习型社会政策法律保障的研究。Tracing back along the history from the beginning to development of learning society,this paper focuses on the present research situation about and relevant views on the content and basic features of learning society at home and abroad,the relationship between the learning society and the lifelong learning and education,the approach to and measures of constructing the learning society,and the indicators for such a society.There are three weaknesses related to the research on learning society:(i) it remains on an exploratory stage with different views but without substantial theories;(ii) it is short of commonly accepted models and approaches for the construction and extensive application of this kind of society;and(iii) there is insufficient research on indicators and ways for its evaluation.In line with these weaknesses,this paper suggests that substantial research on this type of society should be developed further and theoretical framework perfected,that more studies on the constructing approach and model should be carried out,that empirical studies for the indicators and evaluation methods should be made,and that relevant policies and legal measures should be worked out for its protection.
