摘　　要：采用模仿创新的方法研究和开发新药的策略被称之为Me-too策略。Me-too策略是当今世界各国广泛采用的战略,新药研究开发中Me-too策略的主要方法包括应用生物电子等排体替换、前药设计及手性药物研究等,已经成功地应用于H2受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、质子泵抑制剂、二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂、羟甲戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂、生物烷化剂中氮芥类药物等新药的研究与开发。Me-too策略具有投资少、周期短、成功率高等特点,是新药研究的一条重要途径,也是由仿制向创制转变的捷径。Me-too strategy,which mainly includes the structural modification and reformation through bioisosterism,prodrugs and chiral drugs,is currently widely adopted in the development of new drugs,such as H2 receptor antagonists,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,proton pump inhibitors,dihydropyridine calcium antagonists,hydroxymethyl glutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors and nitrogen mustard alkylating agents.The strategy is of essential importance with low cost and high efficiency.It is the shortcut from imitation to discovery of new drugs.
