足部骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的发病特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析足部骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的发病特点。方法分析1993～2008年收治的92例足部骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者的临床资料,分析足部各种骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的发病特点。结果 92例足部骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者占同期收治骨肿瘤患者(6 247例)的1.5%,其中良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变79例,占同期收治所有良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者(3 319例)的4.2%;原发恶性骨肿瘤11例,占同期收治原发恶性骨肿瘤患者(2 167例)的0.5%;2例转移癌患者,占同期收治骨转移癌患者(761例)的0.03%。肿瘤发病于跟骨37例、距骨21例、趾骨18例、跖骨11例、楔骨2例、舟骨2例、骰骨1例。结论足部骨肿瘤及瘤样病变发病率低,良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的发病率远高于恶性骨肿瘤。部位以跟骨发病率最高,其次为距骨、趾骨。Objective To analysis the clinical features of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions of feet.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with bone tumors and tumor-like lesions of feet from 1993 to 2008 were reviewed in our hospital.And to analysis the features of onset of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions of feet.Results 92 cases with bone tumors and tumor-like lesions feet accounted for 1.5% of all 6 247 bone tumor patients admitted to our hospital in the same period.79 benign bone tumors and tumor-like lesions of feet accounted for 4.2% of 3 319 benign bone tumors and tumor-like lesions patients admitted to our hospital in the same period.11 primary malignant bone tumor patients of feet accounted for 0.5% of all 2 167 primary malignant bone tumor patients in the same period.2 metastasis cases accounted for 0.03% of 761 patients in the same period.There were 37 cases in calcaneus,21 cases in talus,18 cases in toe,11 cases in metatarsal,2 cases in wedge bone,2 cases in navicular,1 case in cuboid.Conclusions Feet bone tumors and tumor-like lesions,especially malignant bone tumors,have low incidence.Feet benign bone tumors and tumor-like lesions have higher incidence than malignant ones.The highest incidence position of tumors is calcaneus,followed by talus and phalanx.
