摘　　要：讨论了传感器的封装要求和工艺方法,实现了传感器的封装,测试分析了封装后热膜式流量传感器的性能,保证了热膜式流量传感器的有效应用.The packaging requirements and the fabrication technology of the sensor are discussed and the packaged sensor is realized. The properties of the packaged thermal-film air flow sensor are analyzed,which ensure effective applications of packaged sensor.
