摘  要:盐藻β—胡萝卜素由中国科学院海洋研究所提供(9505028)。用综合法复制鹌鹑脂肪肝动物模型,给予盐藻β—胡萝卜素以观察其预防高脂饲料致鹌鹑脂肪肝的作用。分组喂以不同饲料,对肝脏进行肉眼和病理组织学检查。结果表明,IF-VII组的肝系数与工组相比有较明显的升高(p<0.05);盐藻β—胡萝卜素在6.25mg/kg—25mp/kg剂量范围内能使肝系数降低,肝脏脂肪病变程度减轻,与Ⅱ组比较有统计学意义p<0.05,p<0.01)。实验证明,自盐泽杜氏藻中提取的以顺式结构为主的β—胡萝卜素具有对抗肝脏脂肪病变的作用。The β-Cararotone was extracted from single cell Dunaliella salina in Hainan Island between July and September. The animal model of hepatic steatasis was reprodined using the multiply methods, and antistoatohc effects of β-Cartene from Dunaliella saliha on quails fed on high choestero, high fat and low protoin diet were observed. 84 male quails of 8 weeks with a bod weight of 100.2 ±12.8g were randomly divided into 7 groups: group I was fed with stock dietgroup II hypereholesterol diet; groups III-VI hypereholesterol diet plus β-Cartene of 6.25mg/kg,12.5mg/kg, 25mg/kg, 50mg/kg,respechvely; group VII hypereholesterol diet plus Viedn E 50mg/kg.All the quails were killed after 8 weeks. The ratio of the liver and body weight were calculated.The livers were exndned by light microscopy. The results show tha the ratio of liver and body weight were higher in group llvn than in that of the normal diet group (p< 0.05). The ratio of liver and body weight were lower in III, IV, V group than that in II group (p< 0.05). Hepatic histopathoogical exthenations show tha the pathlogical chanes of fatty liver in qwhls of βC 6.25mg-25mg / kg were alleviated. The pereentage of the liver cell with denabed fat was lower than of the hypereholesterol control group (p< 0.05, 0.01). In conclusion, β-Cartene (cis) from Dunaliella salina has antisteatohc effects.
