饰面清水混凝土在太湖大道地下通道工程中的应用

摘　　要：无锡市太湖大道节点改造工程为太湖大道地面道路改地下通道工程,隧道侧墙、中墙要求为饰面清水混凝土,选用全钢大模板加侧模支架加钢管斜撑作为模板支撑体系,通过对混凝土进行配合比设计,对混凝土浇筑和养护的技术要求以及对混凝土质量缺陷的防治控制,最终达到了饰面清水混凝土的要求,为类似地下工程提供了经验借鉴。The Taihu avenue node reconstruction project in Wuxi is a project changing the ground road of Taihu avenue into underground passage, and as-cast finish concrete is required to be used on the sidewall and mid board in the tunnel. All-steel large formwork plus side formwork support plus steel pipe slanted strut is used for the formwork supporting system. The requirements of as-cast finish concrete are satisfy through design of concrete proportion, technical requirements for concrete pouring and curing, as well as prevention and control of concrete quality defect, providing abundant experiences and references for similar underground project.
