华蟾素注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察华蟾素注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法将42例晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例患者给予华蟾素注射液联合化疗,对照组22例患者仅应用化疗,观察近期疗效、毒副反应发生率和治疗后生活质量的改善。结果华蟾素治疗组较对照组的近期疗效提高,差异无统计学意义;毒副反应减低,生活质量有所改善,两组相比差异有统计学意义。结论华蟾素注射液联合化疗用于治疗晚期乳腺癌有较好疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined cinobutacini injection with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods 42 cases with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty patients of test group were treated with combination of cinobutacini injection and chemotherapy,and 22 patients of control group only received chemotherapy.Results The life quality of patients in test group was generally improved,but without statistical significance;the incidence rates of the side effect were lower and the life quality of patients was superior in test group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Combined cinobutacini injection and chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of advanced breast cancer and is effective and safe as an adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
