根管治疗约诊间疼痛的临床控制

摘　　要：目的:通过磨牙根管治疗过程中3种根管内封药方法的疗效比较,探讨根管治疗约诊间疼痛(EIAP)的控制措施。方法:将262例患者274颗患牙据根管预备后根管内封药分为V itapex糊剂组、氢氧化钙糊剂组以及樟脑酚药尖组,1周后约诊,观察记录患者的疼痛、肿胀情况。结果:根管治疗过程中约诊间疼痛的发生率V itapex糊剂组较其它2组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:V itapex根管糊剂根管内封药可以有效地控制EIAP的发生。Objective：To control the occurrence of endodontic interappointment pain effectively,to compare in three kinds of root canal dressing on EIAP in teeth.Methods：Divided 274 molars of 262 patients into three groups for different filling medicaments（group A： Vitapex paste,group B： calcium hydroxide paste,group C： phenocamphor solution）.The pain or swelling of patients were recorded one week after treatment.Results：Occurrence of EIAP in group A with Vitapex paste was statistically significantly lower than group C with phenocamphor solution and group B with calcium hydroxide paste（P0.05）.Conclusion：Vitapex paste is the most effective filling material for controlling of EIAP in the three choices.
