帕瑞昔布钠与布托菲诺在耳鼻喉外科术后镇痛的效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比帕瑞昔布钠与布托菲诺在耳鼻喉手术后镇痛的临床效果与安全性。方法 60例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级耳鼻喉手术患者,随机分为Ⅰ组(术后静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg)、Ⅱ组(术后静注布托菲诺1mg)、Ⅲ组(术后静注5mL生理盐水),观察三组不同用药患者术后2、4、8、12、24h时的PPI、BCS、OAA/S评分。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各时点的PPI评分明显低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各时点的BCS评分明显高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ组各时点的OAA/S评分明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉手术后镇痛中,帕瑞昔布钠与布托菲诺均有较好的临床效果,但帕瑞昔布钠较布托菲诺更为安全。Objective To contrast the effectiveness and safety between parecoxib-sodium and butorphanol on the ENT patients for postoperative analgesial. Methods Sixty cases patients underging ENT operation , ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ , were randomly divided into three groups ： Ⅰgroup （ received intravenous parecoxib-sodium 40mg immediately after operation ）, Ⅱ group （ received intravenous butorphanol 1 mg immediately after operation ）, Ⅲ group （ received intravenous saline 5mg immediately after operation ） The PPI, BCS, OAA/S score of them on 2,4,8,12,24h postoperative time were recorded. Results The PPI scores of the patients after operation inⅠ , Ⅱ group were significantly lower than those in Ⅲ group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At the same time , The BCS scores of the patients after operation in Ⅰ , Ⅱ group were significantly higher than those in m group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The OAA/S scores of the patients after operation in Ⅰ , Ⅲ group were significantly higher than those in Ⅱ group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Both parecoxib-sodium and butorphanol had good clinical effect on the ENT patients for postoperative analgesial , but using parecoxib-sodiumis was safer than using hutorphanol.
