摘　　要：目的评价常规CTA与减影CTA(DSCTA)在动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法将30例动脉瘤患者进行常规CTA和DSCTA重建,比较两种重建方式对动脉瘤检出率的影响。结果 DSCTA对Willis动脉环近段动脉瘤检出率明显高于常规CTA,两者对Willis动脉环及其远段动脉瘤检出率无明显差别。结论对颅内动脉瘤的诊断DSCTA明显优于常规CTA。Objective To evaluate the conventional CTA and DSCTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods Thirty patients underwent conventional CTA and DSCTA reconstruction, compared the intracranial aneurysm detection rate. Results DSCTA was obviously higher than conventional CTA in the diagnosis of Willis circular intracranial aneurysm, but the detection rate have no obvious difference in distal willis circular intracranial aneurysm. Conclusion DSCTA is much better than conventional CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
