摘　　要：目的:确定参芪益气固本片最佳的干燥方法。方法:分别采用减压干燥、喷雾干燥、带式干燥进行优选,以出粉量、水分、薄层色谱、芍药苷含量为指标考察。结果:确定带式干燥方法,真空度为-0.1 MPa,湿度80℃,加料速度5 L,腹带速度10 Hz。结论:优选的干燥方法合理,有效成分不被破坏,适合连续的大生产,且可以降低生产成本,提高本品的市场竞争力。Objective： To ascertain the best drying method for Shenqi Yiqi Guben tablet.Method：Optimized process respectively with vacuum drying,spray drying and belt drying,inspected the amount of powder,water content,thin layer chromatography,paeoniflorin as the index.Result：The belt drying was the best process.Vacuum of-0.1 MPa,drying temperature 80 ℃,feed rate 5 L,track spead 10 Hz.Conclusion： The optimal drying method is reasonable,the active ingredient is not destroyed,suitable for continuous large-scale production,and can reduce production costs and improve the market competitiveness of this product.
