高校院系资料室功能与定位的调整优化

摘　　要：面对科学技术迅猛发展及高校体制改革的现状,高校院系资料室的服务和管理应面对现实,自觉调整、主动适应、与时俱进,从而拓宽其生存空间,提高其文献信息资源的利用率和时效性,更好地为教学、科研服务。Nowadays,science and technology are developing rapidly and the higher learning institutions are reforming their systems.Under such circumstances,each department＇s reference room in higher learning institutions need to reconsider,readjust and optimize its own functions and positioning as an important part of the institution＇ s intelligence system.It is essential to its survival and development.This paper discusses the aspects such as the inner strengthening of the reference room itself and the improvement of its outside conditions.
