摘　　要：学生党校培训是学生入党积极分子步入党组织前一个重要的环节,党校教育是提高学生党员质量的前沿阵地,其中管理工作是党校工作的基础。管理方法的科学化是搞好党校管理的关键。在学生党校管理中建立学院领队制度,科学地运用系统论方法,坚持整体性原则、最优化原则、动态性原则,是高校搞好党校教育的重要保障。The student education in the Party-school is an important link before the student enthusiasts of joining the Party step into the Party organization. The Party-school education is a front line of improving quality of student Party members, in which the management is the base of the Party affairs. Scientific management is the key for better Party-school run. Establishing college leading system, applying system approach scientifically and sticking integration, optimization and dynamic principles in the management of student Part-schools are important supplies in Party-school education.
