摘　　要：随着人民生活水平不断提高,人们对进出口动物性产品的需求量日益增加,兽药残留作为影响动物性产品食用安全的重要因素,已成为人们普遍关注的一个社会热点问题。对造成兽药残留、检测水平等方面的现状作了较为全面的论述,并提出了相应对策。As the people＇s lives improving,the demands of import and export livestock products on the were growing.Veterinary drug residues as on important factor influencing animal products safety,had become a common concern.The status and inspection of the veterinary drug residue;and corresponding control measures were put forward.
