县域生态功能区划方法探讨

摘　　要：生态功能区划是根据区域生态系统类型、生态系统受胁迫过程与效应、生态环境敏感性、生态服务功能重要性等特征的空间分异性而进行的地理空间分区。对辽宁省清原县生态功能区划进行研究,不仅可以为清原县的生态环境建设、环境治理和制定环境保护规划奠定扎实的基础,也为清原县的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益协调发展提供理论依据。根据生态建设功能区划的5个基本原则、清原县在辽宁省生态功能区划中的归属和其生态环境实际状况,将清原县划分为5个生态区和6个生态功能区,并针对每个生态功能区提出了相应的生态服务功能及建设、保护发展方向。Ecological function regionalization was a geographic space partition conducted according to characters such as special differences of regional ecological system type,process and domino effect of intimidated ecological system,sensitivity of ecological environment,importance of ecological service function,etc.To conduct a study on the ecological function zoning of Qingyuan county,Liaoning province could not only lay a solid foundation to the construction of the ecological environment,the environmental governance and the development of environmental planning in Qingyuan county,but also provide a theoretical basis to the coordinated development of economic,ecological and social benefits of Qingyuan county.Based on 5 principles of ecological functional region（EFR）,the ecological environment status of Qingyuan county and its role in Liaoning province EFR,Qingyuan county was divided into 5 physical eco-region and 6 eco-function region;and the corresponding ecological service function and directions for the construction,protection was put forward.
