大学新生自我同一性及心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨当代大学生自我同一性及心理健康状况。方法:对3206名大学新生采用自我同一性量表、SCL-90症状自评量表、大学新生适应量表进行测量。结果:①心理健康结果显示,在性别、独生子女与否、内招与外招这三个不同水平上,心理健康量表、自我同一性量表、新生适应量表都有部分因子呈现显著性差异。②自我同一性各个因子得分与新生适应各维度呈现显著相关,自我同一性各个因子与心理健康各个因子均呈现显著性相关。结论:90后大学生心理健康状况基本良好;自我同一性水平与新生适应状况和心理健康状况紧密相关。Objective： To study self-identity and mental health of the university students.Methods： 3206 subjects were surveyed by three scales： SCL-90,FARS and Self-identity Scale.Results： ①Part of the factors of these three scales showed significant differences at three levels： Gender difference,only-child or not,and internal or external recruit.②The scores of each factor of self-identity were almost significantly correlated with FARS＇ dimensions.The correlation between the factor of self-identity and factor of mental health was also significant.Conclusion： The mental health of ＂post 90s＂ university students is good,although still needs to be improved.The scores of scales of students of different category are different.The individual＇s self-identity is closely related to adaptation and mental health of freshman.
