环保产业集聚绩效影响因素的实证研究——基于宜兴市环保产业集聚企业调查问卷数据

摘　　要：本文构建了一个以环保产业集聚绩效为被解释变量,集聚企业内部能力、集聚网络特征、产业环境等几组变量为解释变量的计量模型,并选取宜兴环保产业集聚区的60家企业进行问卷调查获得样本数据,运用统计分析、因子分析和回归分析的方法进行定量实证研究。实证结果表明,宜兴市环保产业集聚模式属于市场主导型且处于成长阶段,企业生产制造能力和配套服务能力对环保产业集聚绩效的影响远大于吸收创新能力的影响,企业的网络模式呈现出弱关系主导集聚绩效的特征。我国环保产业集聚的发展应当重视配套服务能力的加强和吸收创新能力的培育,并且强化弱关系主导产业集聚绩效的作用机制。Combining with the characters of environmental protection industry, an econometric model is set up by using agglomeration performance as dependant variable and enterprise inner capacities, networking characters of industrial agglomeration and industrial environment as explanatory variables. Sixty enterprises in Yixing environmental protection industrial agglomeration district are chosen as sample data with questionnaire survey to conduct quantitative study by statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The resuhs suggest that Yixing＇s environmental protection industrial agglomeration model is kind of market-oriented and in the growth stage; the influences of manufacturing capacity and systematic service capacity are much greater than the innovative capacity; enterprise networking characters show weak relations dominate in agglomeration performance. We believe systematic service capacity should be enhanced, the innovative ability be cultivated, and the weak relations be strengthened to boost domestic environmental industry.
