卡莫氟与替加氟用于消化道肿瘤联合化疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察卡莫氟(HCFU)联合奥沙利铂(OXA)与替加氟+亚叶酸钙(CF)联合奥沙利铂(OXA)治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效与毒副作用。方法:52例晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分为A、B两组,A组28例,采用卡莫氟+奥沙利铂治疗,B组24例,采用替加氟+亚叶酸钙+奥沙利铂治疗。结果:A组的总有效率为68.00%,B组为39.13%,A组患者的总有效率明显高于B组(P<0.05);两组的中位疾病进展时间和中位生存期分别为17.8月、9.3月和19.6月、8.9月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、粘膜炎、恶心呕吐等,A组恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:卡莫氟联合奥沙利铂方案相比替加氟加亚叶酸钙联合奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤疗效更好,不良反应轻且安全,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical and side effects of carmofur＋oxaliplatin and tegafur＋calcium folinate＋ oxaliplatin on treating advanced gastrointestinal tumor.Methods：52 advanced gastrointestinal tumor patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. The patients in group A（n=28） were treated with carmofur＋oxaliplatin,the patients in group B（n=24） were treated with tegafur＋calcium folinate＋ oxaliplatin.Results：The total effective rate of group A was 68.00%,group B was 39.13%;the total effective rate of group A was obviously higher than group B（P0.05） . The median progression time and life span of these 2 groups were respectively 17.8 month,9.3 month and 19.6 month,8.9 month. The main side effects included bone marrow depression,mucocitis nausea and vomiting,et al. The incidence of mucocitis nausea and vomiting of group A was obviously lower than group B（P0.05） .Conclusions：Compared with tegafur＋calcium folinate＋oxaliplatin,treating advanced gastrointestinal tumor with carmofur＋oxaliplatin can get better curative effects and mild side effects,so it is worth of spreading in clinic.
